Who We Are

Empowering Early Learning Educators (EELE) is a grassroots nonprofit, 501(c)3, driven by childcare champions — owners, operators, directors, and administrators. As a peer-led coalition, we empower one another to strengthen the network of childcare educators, identify & adopt best practices, access vital resources, and influence decision-makers. At EELE, we’re more than a network — we’re a community that provides support, shares ideas and unites for collective action.

Our Mission

We empower early childhood education business owners to create thriving learning environments for children through peer connection, advocacy, and collaboration. By strengthening business sustainability, expanding access to quality care, and supporting economic mobility, we elevate childcare professionals as essential leaders in Miami-Dade County.

Our Vision

We envision a thriving early childhood education ecosystem in Miami-Dade County where every child has access to high-quality learning opportunities, regardless of their background. In this community, childcare professionals are not only empowered and respected but also connected and united as essential leaders. By fostering a strong, supportive coalition, we aim to shape the future of families and neighborhoods, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
