Our Mission

Through our groundbreaking new program, we seek to ignite the potential of childcare by providing a platform for advocacy, information, and guidance. We believe that by coming together and sharing our experiences, challenges, and successes, we can create a more inclusive and empowering community of early learning educators.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between the needs of the industry and the resources available to support it.

We are dedicated to promoting the growth and triumphs of all educators, policymakers, parents, and family members, and it is our goal to provide the tools and support necessary to overcome any obstacles they may encounter. From start-ups to established enterprises, the EELE program is here to advance a multitude of education-related businesses with the resources, training, and support they need to help children thrive.

Empowering Early Learning Educators

Simply put, our vision is to create a world where early age educators are no longer marginalized, but instead given a meaningful and influential platform to shape the policies and decisions that directly impact them. We envision a future where these dedicated professionals are recognized for the vital work they do and have the direction, materials, and representation necessary to succeed.

It is our hope that we empower educators to have a voice at the local, state-wide, and national levels.

We believe that by speaking with one collective voice, we can effect real change and ensure that the unique needs and concerns of this industry are heard and addressed.

We see a future where childcare providers are equipped with the tools they need to prosper, and where they are celebrated for assisting families and nurturing our youngest learners.

Through our program, we are committed to standing up for early learning educators no matter where they are located, and ensuring that they have a seat at the table as decisions are made that have a ripple effect on everything they do. Join us as we work to make this vision a reality

Conversations With A Purpose

We believe whole-heartedly in the power of community conversations to drive change and promote growth in the early learning childcare industry. This is supported and backed by evidence.

Research from the National Issues Forums Institute has found that community discussions can help build consensus and foster cooperation among diverse groups of people, resulting in a better understanding of complex issues and the development of more effective solutions.

As the Association of People Supporting Employment First so eloquently puts it: “Change requires meaningful conversations.”

Transparent dialogue can lead to positive breakthroughs, promote growth, and add value to surrounding neighborhoods. These conversations can help to reduce stigma and discrimination, promote social cohesion, and improve the mental health and well-being of all. It can play a significant role in promoting civic engagement and empowering individuals to take action on issues that matter to them. EELE is more than just a network, it’s an online hub of like-minded individuals where members can elaborate on their experiences, connect with others, and build on the knowledge of everyone involved. Our community is dedicated to advancing the early learning childcare industry, and through our program, we work to create a more unified, qualified, and prosperous group of early learning operators and business owners.

Join Our Informative Monthly Meetings

Join us every last Thursday for the monthly community meeting forum. We strive to bring together business owners and operators from across the community to share their stories. This exchange of knowledge is not only pivotal for the individuals who participate, but also helps to cross-pollinate ideas and shine light on some of the most common issues facing educators today. We seek to foster a space where members can comfortably discuss their points of view and find a way forward together.

Monthly Events

The monthly events hosted by EELE provide the chance to acquire valuable knowledge from industry thought leaders and key decision makers. These events bring together a wide range of experts to engage in meaningful discussions, including special guests from various agencies in childcare. This allows attendees to gain new insights and perspectives on the most pressing challenges in the field.

At each event, attendees have the opportunity to come to a consensus on important issues and make informed decisions that alter their businesses for the better. The community forums serve as a platform for creative thinking and problem solving, promoting collaboration and encouraging the sharing of innovative ideas and solutions. Through these events, participants are able to build substantial relationships, creating a strong and supportive bond with other early learning educators.
